Babe is a real buddy. She loves to be close to me and I often tease her by saying that if she gets any closer she'll be behind me. She is very protective and is somewhat slow to make new friends. When allowed to get to know new people on her terms she quickly accepts them and becomes eager for affection.

Babe has incredible stock savvy. She was quickly and easily trained and I enjoyed working with her on the ranch. She is now enjoying a well earned retirement.

Babe is a lovely dark red with minimal white. She was only bred once (to Dillon) and those pups have become outstanding working dogs.
